What the forms collect

Quote, certificate, ID card, contact, and policy-change forms collect the answers you type, plus the page that referred you and any campaign parameters on the link you used. The quote form asks for contact details and coverage information. It does not ask for a Social Security number or a driver's licence number. Do not put those in the notes.

A hidden field is there to catch automated submissions. Leave it blank.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are stored for 90 days, then deleted. We email the submission to the agency so an agent can respond. The email's reply address is the email you entered.

Who else sees it

We share what a carrier needs in order to quote or service a policy you asked for. We do not sell the information you send through these forms.

Cookies and analytics

The site is built to run without advertising cookies. If analytics is turned on, it is cookieless website analytics. Quote pages are not sent to an advertising analytics product.

The About and contact page embeds a Google map of the office. Loading that map lets Google receive your IP address.

A form is not a policy

Submitting a form does not bind coverage and does not change a policy. Coverage or a change starts only after you and the carrier confirm it.
